- Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Mon-Fri)
- I dispatch all orders from Ireland, using tracked delivery method on all orders with An Post.
- Once your order leaves my studio you will recieve a tracking number via email.

- Everywhere Else - Time 5-25 Business Days.

Returns Policy:
In the unlikely event that you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, we will offer a full refund or exchange. Whichever option suits the customer best.
To avail of this, you must notify us and return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products should be returned in original, unopened packaging.
If the product is not returned in its dispatched state we cannot offer a full refund and compensation will be calculated on individual basis. Please note that it can be up to 100% of value depending on the damage.
The customer is responsible for returning the goods and must pay for any shipping charges necessary to return the goods to us.
